Afternoon tea for the coronation – smoked salmon blinis and cream scones.
When did you last workout?
Yesterday – I’m trying to do a run every day.

Congratulating my friend on her 12-week scan picture.
When was the last time you laughed until you cried?
On Saturday playing Mario with my daughter – absolutely hopeless at platform games!
What was the last holiday you went on?
Camping in Pwllheli, Wales.
What was the last great piece of advice you were given?
Surround yourself with people that add positivity to your life.
When was the last occasion you felt starstruck?
Snoop Dogg - I went to his show in March because I had the opportunity to, even though I didn’t know too much of his music!
What was the last gift you gave someone?
Gardening gloves – we have a new allotment that a family member is helping us with.
What was the last thing you watched on TV?
The Mark Manson film of his book “The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck”.

What was the last boxset that you binged?
"The Crown" – needed to brush up on some old Royal family history to go with the recent historical events.
What was the last meal you cooked?
An Aussie BBQ every Sunday.
What was the last photo you took?
A photo of our daughter Alice’s golden retriever, George.
What was the last WhatsApp you sent?
A group of 5 old gold friends (we’ve known each other since we started primary school) have a group called RAWO (Retired Athletes With Opinions) – we message constantly about all sorts of things, but mainly Australian Rules Football!
What was the last holiday you went on?
We went to Boston & New York after the New Orleans Conference. We’re looking forward to a trip to the UK next month to watch Australia retain the Ashes cricket trophy against England. I look forward to discussing it with Phil Verity at the Rome Conference in October!
What was the last great piece of advice you were given?
A couple recently – “You’d prefer to be known as a good man, rather than a nice guy” AND “Success isn’t for the chosen few, it’s for the few that chose it.”
What was the last piece of advice you gave?
Don’t let short term emotions get in the way of long-term goals.
