New Member Firms

Praxity Strengthens Its Global Network

Praxity continues to expand its international footprint with new member firms joining across key regions.

This quarter, the Alliance welcomes LDS Tax Advisory from Belgium and KBF Advisory from the US.

LDS Tax Advisory joins the Alliance

Praxity is delighted to announce the addition of LDS Tax Advisory, further strengthening its Benelux footprint. Based in Belgium, the firm brings a focused and highly specialist tax capability, with particular strength in M&A and transaction-driven work.

LDS advises corporates, private equity funds and entrepreneurs on a wide range of Belgian and international tax matters, spanning corporate and personal income tax, VAT and transfer pricing. Its work is defined not only by technical depth, but by a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, supporting clients through increasingly complex cross-border structures and transactions.

For Managing Partner Oliver Gios, the decision to join Praxity was grounded in strong alignment:

“Praxity stood out because it prioritises quality, senior involvement and a pragmatic way of working – exactly how we advise.”

The firm’s client base reflects its breadth, including internationally active family businesses and organisations across professional services, manufacturing, technology and real estate. Alongside transactional work, LDS provides tailored advice on areas such as transfer pricing benchmarking, patent box regimes and employee share schemes.

LDS was also drawn to Praxity’s relationship-led model. As Gios added:

“It is built on strong, personal relationships between independent firms… driven by expertise and mutual trust.”

Welcoming the firm, Praxity CEO Samantha Louis emphasised the strategic importance of the addition:

“The addition of niche tax expertise in Belgium reflects the way our Alliance continues to grow thoughtfully, with a clear focus… strengthening our ability to support clients navigating complex transactions and cross-border structures.”

Its arrival represents more than geographic expansion. It deepens the Alliance’s capability in European tax advisory while reinforcing Praxity’s commitment to purposeful, capability-led growth.

Expanding in North America with the introduction of KBF

Praxity’s presence in North America is further enhanced with the addition of KBF, a leading US professional services firm with a strong reputation in tax, assurance and advisory.

KBF brings a breadth of expertise across corporate and pass-through entities, high-net-worth individuals and complex advisory areas including international tax, transfer pricing, global mobility and M&A. The firm is also recognised for its capabilities in Accounting for Income Tax (ASC 740) and GAAP advisory, supporting clients ranging from venture-backed startups to multinational and publicly listed organisations.

In selecting Praxity, KBF looked beyond scale to substance. As Scott P. Montopoli explained:

“Many networks have an impressive map, but Praxity has the right firms in the markets where our clients do business. That difference is everything.”

At the heart of KBF’s approach is a commitment to building technically strong, collaborative teams that support clients at every stage of growth, integrating expertise across disciplines to solve complex challenges.

The Alliance’s ability to deliver seamless cross-border support was a defining factor:

“Praxity gives us a truly world-class alliance… with seamless cross-border support for our clients.”

For Samantha Louis, KBF’s addition reflects both capability and cultural alignment:

“They bring not only deep technical expertise, but a mindset that is collaborative, forward-looking, and grounded in long-term relationships.”

She added that the firm strengthens the Alliance in a key market:

“Their presence enhances how we support clients navigating increasingly complex, cross-border environments… while reinforcing the strength of our global community.”

KBF’s addition strengthens Praxity’s US capabilities, particularly on the West Coast, while  enhancing the Alliance’s ability to respond to the growing complexity of international business.

Together, these new members reflect Praxity’s continued focus on strategic growth with purpose, expanding into key regions while deepening specialist expertise. From Belgium to the United States, the addition of LDS and KBF enhances the Alliance’s ability to deliver high-quality, connected support to clients operating across borders.

More than expansion, it is a continuation of what defines Praxity: an Alliance built on trusted relationships, shared expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellence , together.
