Three Praxity firms win the 2026 Best of Accounting Award for Client Service
Praxity is celebrating firms recognised for outstanding client service by ClearlyRated. We applaud their dedication to excellence.
We are inordinately proud that three of our Praxity member firms have secured ClearlyRated’s 2026 Best of Accounting award for Client Service. Each award reflects consistently high Net Promoter Scores and independently validated client feedback, placing these firms among the strongest performers in the global accounting profession.
Clients working with Best of Accounting award winners are, on average, 70% more likely to report high satisfaction than those engaging non-winning firms. That difference speaks not only to technical capability, but to how advisers listen, respond and build long-term relationships.

In the most recent survey, 86.8% of JA Del Río’s clients rated their experience 9 or 10 out of 10, materially above the industry average. As Principal Partner Bernardo del Río notes, the recognition reflects a culture defined by high standards and enduring client relationships.

Kaufman Rossin, a leading, well-established regional firm with national and international reach, was also recognised for service excellence. With more than six decades of history, the firm supports clients across accounting, tax, audit, risk and advisory services, both domestically and internationally.

Kaufman Rossin achieved satisfaction scores of 9 or 10 from 87% of participating clients, alongside a Net Promoter Score of 81.5, more than twice the industry benchmark. CEO Blain Heckaman highlights the importance of listening closely to clients and translating insight into meaningful improvement across the firm.

In the 2025 survey period, William Buck achieved a Net Promoter Score of 71.3, significantly exceeding the industry average. Chair Greg Travers points to the strength of client relationships and the firm’s ongoing focus on improving client experience of advice, support and communication from the firm.
