Praxity Conferences – connecting expertise across borders

The first half of 2026 was a busy one for Praxity events. As always, the power of collaboration as a force for excellence was at play as the latest calendar of conferences got underway.

Global Tax and Assurance Conference, Dublin

Our flagship tax conference has evolved into the Global Tax & Assurance Conference, reflecting the growing importance of assurance expertise within our Alliance and creating new opportunities for cross-service collaboration. Hosted in Dublin, the event delivered another strong combination of technical content, working group discussions and, the much lauded, formal and informal networking opportunities.

Feedback showed particularly high levels of satisfaction, with delegates rating the conference format at 4.5 out of 5, content at 4.2 out of 5, and hotel and facilities at 4.8 out of 5.

Networking outcomes are commerically meaningful

Perhaps most importantly, the conference excelled in its objective, helping members build great meaningful professional relationships. An impressive 98% of delegates reported making or reinforcing valuable connections, while 96% identified clear opportunities for future collaboration or business development.

Networking remained the standout theme throughout the feedback. Delegates consistently highlighted the Dublin cultural activities and pub crawl as memorable experiences that helped create conversations and connections in a relaxed and authentic setting.

Conference feedback genuinely shapes the future of Praxity events. Feedback received so far has already given the conference team several practical enhancements to consider for future programmes, including additional case-study-based content, greater opportunities for specialist discussion and enhanced networking facilitation.

Every conference programme represents months of planning, consultation and refinement. We work hard to balance technical knowledge-sharing, business development opportunities, relationship-building and local experiences, while ensuring the content remains relevant across different regions, service lines and firm sizes.

More responses ultimately lead to better conferences and ensure our events continue to reflect what members genuinely want and need from their Alliance.

Next Generation Conference

The City of Bonn and Praxity firm, Flick Gocke Schaumburg, played host to the Alliance’s very first European NextGen Conference. This was a wonderful opportunity for the next generation of professionals to come together to establish to begin their Praxity journey and start to build important cross border relationships. Rising talent from member firms across Europe had the opportunity to learn, share and build the relationships that facilitate cross border collaborative excellence. Watching new connections form between firms, and existing ones grow stronger, is exactly what this conference set out to achieve.

Looking Ahead

In September, the UK & Ireland Autumn Conference in Coventry (16–17 September) brings a broader mix of attendees to Ansty Hall, with a stronger emphasis on younger professionals and working group discussions aligned to specific technical areas.

This is followed by Praxity’s flagship Global Leadership Conference in Malta (11–14 October), where Managing Partners and senior representatives will gather under the theme of "Better Together" to discuss key industry developments and ongoing global collaboration initiatives within Praxity.

Registration for Global Leadership Conference is now open The programme then moves to North America, with the International Tax Conference in Houston (11–13 November). The established format continues, opening with a pre-conference day that runs parallel bootcamp sessions for emerging professionals alongside a technical track for more experienced attendees as well a dedicated assurance track for the second year running and a LATAM focussed track, before moving into two days of plenary and breakout sessions supported by external keynote speakers.
