Einvoicing beyond Europe. Marosa already supports many jurisdictions worldwide, and by working with Praxity firms in other regions, they ensure clients receive consistent, locally informed guidance wherever new mandates emerge.

Praxity firms also broaden the service picture by bringing direct tax capability that naturally complements Marosa’s indirect tax focus, creating a more complete, seamless experience for multinational clients.

Who they are

Marosa is on a simple mission; to make VAT compliance and digital reporting easier for multinational businesses and do so in a way that combines strong technology with real human judgement. They now support clients in more than 100 countries, covering VAT compliance, einvoicing, RealTime Reporting and Fiscal Representation, yet their focus remains straightforward. Help clients stay compliant, stay efficient and stay informed.

Marosa began life as a tax advisory firm. As client demands grew more digital and more complex, they took the knowledge they had gathered through years of handson compliance work and built VATify, their own software layer. Today the firm works through a blend of technology and advisory. VATify standardises onboarding and workflows and gives clients and partners clear documentation and visibility, while Marosa’s consultants step in when interpretation, judgement or exceptions are involved.

This balance is core to how the firm operates. Clients don’t have to choose between an IT provider who lacks tax understanding or a tax adviser who can’t support scaled delivery. With Marosa, they get both.

What they do best

Marosa is best known for work that crosses borders and demands consistency. Their strengths sit in three areas:

VAT compliance at scale

Multicountry registrations, filings and ongoing operations, delivered through a single model.

Einvoicing and RealTime Reporting

Helping clients prepare for diverse and fastchanging digital reporting regimes, then supporting them through rollout and monitoring.

Fiscal Representation worldwide

A service they deliver with efficiency, strong controls and a commercial model that works well for firms with large or fastgrowing footprints.

Partnering with Marosa

Their model is built for organisations that operate in several jurisdictions and need a partner that can keep pace. They do not see their brand as the centre of the story. Their priority is that partners feel supported and that the client experience is smooth.

In most cases, Marosa works directly with the client because it improves accuracy, speed and overall clarity. In instances where a partner prefers to remain the main point of contact, Marosa can work behind the scenes. They can even make their delivery appear fully whitelabelled if that suits the relationship. This flexibility is unusual in their sector and rooted in a culture that values transparency and partnership over visibility for its own sake.

Their preference, however, is always for clear, direct lines of communication. VAT compliance and digital reporting depend heavily on timing and fast clarification. Having direct access to the client avoids delays and helps Marosa protect the quality of the outcome.

A snapshot of impact

One recent example demonstrates the Marosa model in motion. A multinational client needed to stabilise and standardise VAT compliance across a wide set of countries while preparing for upcoming einvoicing requirements. Marosa used VATify to structure onboarding and to align data and responsibilities across the client’s internal teams. Their advisory specialists then worked through key VAT positions and exceptions. The result was a consistent operating model, reliable compliance delivery and better oversight for headquarters.

Visibility improved. Friction reduced. And when the new digital reporting mandates arrived, the client was ready.

Technology that grows with clients

Although VATify is designed to simplify processes, the firm has invested heavily in making it adaptable to real client environments. Over the past year, Marosa has introduced direct connectors between VATify and the major ERP systems in the market, including SAP, NetSuite, Business Central and others. This removes much of the manual intervention that can lead to errors. Data flows automatically and exceptions become easier to spot early.

The technology remains a true ‘Software as a Service’, which means clients do not need complex implementation projects. They simply connect their systems and start using the tool at their own pace. For partners using Marosa in a whitelabel arrangement, VATify can also sit quietly in the background, powering the work without changing the clientfacing experience.

A culture built on clarity and ownership

Marosa describes its culture as practical, accountable and open. The firm has grown into a team of more than 120 people across several offices, bringing together different cultures and ways of thinking. This diversity feeds into their client relationships. They prefer plain explanations, early communication and no surprises. When something needs escalation, they do it quickly. When something needs simplification, they do that too.
