Praxity continues to expand its international footprint with new member firms joining across key regions. This quarter, the Alliance welcomes Driven Advisors in Puerto Rico and HDID Consultants in Morocco, two dynamic firms that bring deep local expertise and broaden Praxity’s global reach.
Driven Advisors
Firstly, Praxity is pleased to welcome Driven Advisors, Puerto Rico’s largest accounting, strategy and business advisory firm, with 140 professionals operating across Puerto Rico, Miami and Central Florida.
Driven Advisors offers wide-ranging services including audit, tax, accounting, transaction advisory, restructuring, litigation support, risk management, data analytics, human capital services, training and strategic advisory
Puerto Rico gives Praxity an independent strategic foothold that bridges the U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean, strengthening coverage in a region where the Alliance has traditionally been less represented.

Praxity also welcomed HDID Consultants, a multidisciplinary advisory firm based in Casablanca, Morocco. Founded in 2016 by Mohamed Hdid a fiscal specialist with more than 27 years of experience, the firm offers services across accounting, tax, legal, financial and social/HR advisory. HDID Consultants employs around 30 professionals supporting national and international clients.
