Praxity ramps up online support
Praxity is providing extra online resources to help member firms understand and respond to the rapidly changing tax and business landscape.
The Alliance is launching a new webinar platform together with its existing extensive G20 Covid-19 guide to provide essential information for accounting firms and their clients during the pandemic.
Praxity’s webinar programme The programme kicks off on June 17th 8am CST with an update on the USA, with tax implications from Julia Dengel, BKD’s National Tax Manager, Lou Longo of Plante Moran on the trade implications and John Atkinson of DHG on the impacts on business & consumer activity. Praxity's webinar platform The platform which launches June 19th, enables member firms to reach a wider audience by advertising upcoming webinars. The first firms to use the platform are: Plante Moran, Mazars, Moss Adams, BKD, William Buck, LeitnerLeitner, Brand Finance and DHG. Leading experts from these firms will be providing advice on anything from digital transformation to immigration, revenue recognition and planning for the ‘great restart’. The Praxity Webinar Platform will provide:
- A series of webinars on the three key areas of tax, trade and business and consumer activity
- An opportunity for member firms to promote their own webinars on Praxity’s Webinar Platform

Praxity has also launched a high-level summary of Covid-19 support and information in G20 countries. The online guide provides essential details on tax filing and government support and loans in different countries. The guide is being updated regularly by Praxity’s new International Project Manager Becky Belanger.
